Living Library(亦称Human Library)最早起源于丹麦,它以人为信息与知识传递载体,实现用户的深度参与。初期的Human Library活动范围、对象多数是社区的居民之间,内容大都围绕人生经验、经历、技能、社会问题等,是一种用来促进对话、减少偏见、鼓励理解的教育活动。由于Human Library将书与人很好地融合在一起,为图书馆提出了一种全新的学科服务概念和形态。本文从介绍Living Library的发展趋势入手,分析了Living Library的服务理念和特征。结合图书馆传统借阅服务流程的优化,构建了一种基于统一通讯平台的Living Library系统框架,从而形成知识转化场。
Living Library (also known as Human Library) originated in Denmark, it uses human information and knowledge transfer carrier, to achieve the user’s deep involvement. The scope of the initial Human Library activities, the majority of whom are residents of the community, mostly focus on life experience, experience, skills, social issues and so on. They are educational activities that promote dialogue, reduce prejudice and encourage understanding. Because Human Library integrates books and people well, it offers a new concept and form of discipline service for libraries. This article starts with the development trend of Living Library and analyzes the service concept and characteristics of Living Library. With the optimization of the library’s traditional loan service process, a Living Library system framework based on the unified communication platform is constructed, which forms the knowledge conversion field.
