学习动机是有效学习与教学中最重要的因素之一。因为学习动机是推动学生从事学习活动的内部动力,它能够影响学生学习的进程和学习效果。学习动机研究作为教育心理学研究的重点之一,逐渐走向成熟和细致化。学习动机是教育的目的,也是教育的手段,是直接推动学生进行学习活动的内部动力。本文主要是根据学生学习以及教师教学的实际情况,来论述应如何培养和激发学生的学习动机。 Learning motivation is one of the most important factors in effective learning and teaching. Because learning motivation is to promote students engaged in learning activities, internal motivation, it can affect the process of learning and learning effectiveness of students. Learning motivation research as one of the focuses of educational psychology, gradually becoming mature and meticulous. Learning motivation is the purpose of education, but also a means of education, is to directly promote students to learn the internal motivation. This paper mainly discusses how to cultivate and arouse students’ learning motivation according to the actual situation of students’ learning and teachers’ teaching.
