通过长日照(18小时)短日照(8小时)方法,比较研究相同原产地(25°44′N)野生大豆与栽培大豆的光周期效应。(1)大豆出苗8天内即有明显光周期效应,(2)在短日照下,野生大豆光照阶段长度9—12天,栽培大豆3—6天,野生大豆从出苗到0.9复叶,栽培大豆从出苗到真叶期间通过光照阶段。(3)大豆光周期效应不仅制约开花,且制约能否结荚与成熟,(4)讨论了由野生大豆进化为栽培大豆光周期效应特性的变化趋向。另外,野生大豆光周期效应的强度,低纬度的高于高纬度的,同纬度低海拔的高于高海拔的。
The photoperiodic effects of wild soybean and cultivated soybean in the same place of origin (25 ° 44’N) were comparatively studied by long-day (18 hours) short-day (8 hours) method. (1) There is a significant photoperiod effect in soybean emergence within 8 days; (2) In the short daylight, the length of wild soybean is 9-12 days in photoperiod, 3-6 days in cultivated soybean, and that in wild soybean is from emergence to 0.9 foliage.
