随着素质教育的不断深入,学校在设立专业实习项目时,不仅要关注学生的实际学习需求,也要着重分析市场的就业前景,但是,在常规化管控措施中,还是存在一些亟待解决的问题,特别是针对旅游酒店管理专业。本文对旅游酒店管理专业酒店高实习率和低就业率矛盾进行了简要分析,并集中阐释了提高就业率的措施,旨在为教育机构提供有价值的实习监督建议,以供参考。
