目的 :探讨淫羊藿苷 (ICA)对急性早幼粒白血病细胞的诱导分化作用。方法 :采用ICA与全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)对比试验 ,观察ICA在体外及小鼠体内对白血病细胞增殖分化的影响。结果 :ICA在体内外对白血病细胞均有较明显的诱导分化和抑制增殖作用 ,且与ATRA合用可产生明显的协同效应。结论 :ICA具有明显的抗白血病细胞作用 Objective: To investigate the effect of icariin (ICA) on the differentiation of acute promyelocytic leukemia cells. Methods :Compared with ICA and all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) test, the effects of ICA on the proliferation and differentiation of leukemia cells in vitro and in vivo were observed. RESULTS: ICA can induce differentiation and inhibit proliferation of leukemia cells both in vitro and in vivo, and combined with ATRA can produce significant synergistic effects. Conclusion: ICA has obvious anti-leukemic effect
