冠心病为一种慢性炎症疾病。T细胞与动脉粥样斑块炎性反应关系密切。OX40/OX40L是机体炎性反应中一对重要的信号通路,参与T细胞的活化、增殖、迁移,在动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展中起到重要的作用。近来的研究表明,OX40/OX40L在冠心病的发生、发展中起重要作用,通过干预OX40/OX40L途径成为预防冠心病的一种新途径。
Coronary heart disease is a chronic inflammatory disease. T cells and atherosclerotic plaque inflammatory response are closely related. OX40 / OX40L is an important signaling pathway in the inflammatory reaction of the body. It participates in the activation, proliferation and migration of T cells and plays an important role in the formation and development of atherosclerosis. Recent studies have shown that OX40 / OX40L plays an important role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. It has become a new way to prevent coronary heart disease through the intervention of OX40 / OX40L pathway.
