目的局麻完全无管化经皮肾镜治疗上尿路结石中,通过对术中循环系统影响、术后感染指标、肾功能损害等临床数据进行检测分析,探讨局部麻醉无管化经皮肾镜手术的安全性、可行性、经济效益及其临床推广应用价值.方法通过与传统全麻置管经皮肾镜碎石取石术对比,将2018年5月至2020年3月作者单位收治的拟行经皮肾镜碎石取石术的患者,暨通过严格筛选纳入标准的肾结石及输尿管上段结石病例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组设定30例.观察组即行局麻完全无管化经皮肾镜碎石术(percutaneous nephrolithotripsy,
