战略性控制对于任何企业的人力资源管理来说都是不可或缺的,但在实际操作过程中往往会出现一控就死、一放就乱的局面。本文在战略人力资源控制的内在作用机理及其理论演化路径分析的基础上,从系统控制的角度构建了一个战略人力资源管理的过程控制模型,并就模型内在的运作机理进行了分析。最后,文章基于所建模型,就如何有效实现战略人力资源控制提出了相应的理论假设。
Strategic control is indispensable to the management of human resources in any business, but often there is a situation in which one control dies and the other becomes unmanaged during the actual operation. Based on the analysis of the inherent mechanism of strategic human resource control and its theoretical evolutionary path, this paper constructs a process control model of strategic human resource management from the perspective of system control and analyzes the intrinsic operation mechanism of the model. Finally, based on the built model, the article puts forward corresponding theoretical assumptions on how to effectively control strategic human resources.
