随着全民健身活动的开展,各种健身活动以其强健体魄,愉悦身心之功能备受人们的青睐。瑜伽健运动,以其崇尚自然,平衡身心的独特健身理论,深得健身爱好者的推崇和喜爱。同时瑜伽是一种早已被公认的最安全、最富有成效的运动方式之一。在高校开设瑜伽课既有现实意义。本文对瑜伽运动在高校运动教学中的可行性进行调查研究,为瑜伽运动进入高校运动教学中提供一定的帮助。
With the development of national fitness activities, all kinds of fitness activities with its strong physique, pleasure body and mind features much people of all ages. Yoga health movement, with its advocate of nature, balance the body and mind of a unique fitness theory, won the esteem and love fitness enthusiasts. At the same time, yoga is one of the safest and most productive exercise methods that have long been recognized. It is of practical significance to establish yoga class in colleges and universities. This article investigates the feasibility of yoga in sports teaching in colleges and universities, and provides certain help for the movement of yoga into college sports teaching.
