本文介绍了健康教育诊断学PRECEDE框架结构的内容及研究步骤,并应用此原理设计了对肥胖儿童早期干预的健康教育计划,经流行病学与社会学、行为学、教育学、管理学等方面的诊断,证实了儿童期肥胖有延续为成人期肥胖的可能,故为心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素。从而说明了该干预计划的必要性。短期干预的初步效果评价更说明学校健康教育作为成人期常见病在儿童期进行一级预防手段,确实有其一定的可行性。
This paper introduces the content and research steps of PRECEDE framework of health education diagnostics, and applies this principle to design a health education program for early intervention of obese children. The epidemiological and sociological, behavioral, pedagogical, management and so on Diagnosis confirmed that childhood obesity may continue to be obese adult possible, it is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This illustrates the need for this intervention plan. Initial evaluation of short-term intervention also shows that school health education as a common disease in adulthood during primary prevention means indeed have some feasibility.
