女性犯罪作为当前社会中并不是很常见的犯罪,很少有人去刻意关注;而其主体的性别特点却又不得不让人关注。一般来说,刑事犯罪领域内的女性大多是以受害人身份出现的,人们通常很难将女性和犯罪联系在一起。女性作为社会的特殊群体,是家庭的重要组成部分,是社会齿轮的润滑剂。不过我们也必须看到,女性犯罪对社会的负面影响是长期而巨大的。但是由于女性犯罪在数量方面远较男性犯罪为少,而且在社会危害性上远比男性低,所以没有得到“应有”的关注。在我国有关犯罪问题的研究中,女性犯罪问题大多是被粗略提及或者是有意无意地忽略。但是,当下女性犯罪出现了在性质上更恶劣、种类上不拘一格、年龄上低龄化、犯罪数量逐年增多的特点。笔者拟就当下女性犯罪的原因从自身和外部环境两个方面作以粗浅梳理,以期能够引起学者们的重视,收抛砖引玉之效。 Female crime is not a common crime in the current society. Few people pay close attention to it. However, the gender characteristics of its subject have yet to attract people’s attention. In general, most women in the field of criminal offenses appear as victims, and it is often difficult to relate women to crime. As a special social group, women are an important part of the family and are social gear lubricants. However, we must also see that the negative impact of female crime on society is long-term and enormous. However, due to the fact that female crimes are far fewer in number than male crimes and are far less harmful to society than men, they do not receive the attention they deserve. In our country’s research on crime, most of the problems of female crime are roughly mentioned or ignored consciously or unconsciously. However, the present female criminality is characterized by worse nature, eclectic types, younger age and increasing number of crimes. The author intends to present the reasons for female crime from the two aspects of their own and the external environment to sort out the superficial, with a view to attracting the attention of academics, to initiate the effect.
