Aiming at the characteristics of speed control of oil-filled parallel valve-controlled hydraulic motor, the structure of the Fuzzy-PID hybrid controller for electro-hydraulic servo and the hardware and software design are introduced. Among them the hardware adopts 80C198 one-chip computer and corresponding interface circuit, the software contains Fuzzy control procedure and PID control procedure and its coordinator procedure. Fuzzy-PID complex control system to electro-hydraulic servo system to obtain excellent dynamic quality
