芥子又名芥菜子，为十字花科植物芥菜Bra－ssicajuncea（L．）Czern，etCoss的种子[1]。主治胃寒吐食、心腹疼痛，肺寒咳嗽，跌打损伤等症[2]，具有十分重要的医疗价值。因此，我们对1991年采自甘肃民勤县的芥子应用GC－MS进行了挥发油化学成分的研究，共鉴定出59种化学成分， Mustard, also known as mustard seed, is the seed of cruciferous Brassica juncea Bra-ssicajuncea (L.) Czern, etCoss [1]. Indications stomach cold spit food, abdominal pain, lung cold cough, bruise injury embolism [2], has very important medical value. Therefore, we applied GC-MS to the mustards collected from Minqin County, Gansu in 1991 to study the chemical composition of volatile oils, and identified 59 chemical components.
