目的 检测新研囊式背心抗荷裤对加压呼吸的代偿性能。 方法 受试者为 7名 18~2 0岁健康男性青年。观察他们在穿新研囊式背心抗荷裤时 ,对 30、5 0和 70 mm Hg 3种加压水平 ,持续 3m in加压呼吸的心血管反应。 结果 所有受试者均完成试验。在规定加压呼吸时间内 ,基础胸阻抗和 Q- Z间期在 3个加压值加压呼吸 3min内差异无显著性意义。心率、平均动脉压、心搏量、左心射血时间和总外周阻力在加压值为 5 0、70 mm Hg的加压呼吸 1min时与初始值比较 ,差异有显著性意义 ,但这些变化在以后 2 min内无明显加剧。随加压值增加 ,平均动脉压和总外周阻力明显增高 ,心搏量、左心射血时间明显减少。 结论 使用这种装备可以满足 70 mm Hg加压呼吸 3m in的要求 ,其心功能的变化均在生理耐限范围内。
Objective To study the new research capsule vest pants anti-stress breathing performance compensation. Methods Subjects were seven healthy male youths between 18 and 20 years old. When they were wearing the new Blazer vest pants, they observed 3 cardiovascular responses of 30, 50 and 70 mm Hg with 3-minute pressure respiration. Results All subjects completed the experiment. Within the prescribed pressure breathing time, there was no significant difference in basal chest impedance and Q-Z interval between the 3 pressurized breaths within 3 min. Heart rate, mean arterial pressure, stroke volume, left ventricular ejection time, and total peripheral resistance were significantly different from the initial values at 1 min after pressurization at 50,70 mm Hg, but these changes were significant No significant increase within 2 min. With the increase of pressure, mean arterial pressure and total peripheral resistance were significantly increased, stroke volume, left ventricular ejection time was significantly reduced. Conclusion The equipment fulfills the 70 mm Hg pressure breath requirement of 3 m in. Changes in cardiac function are within physiological limits.
