介绍了建筑信息模型的概念、发展历程、功能、特点及其在挪威工程项目中的应用。该模型包含了建筑工程项目的各项相关信息、数据和图形等,具有高度集成的特点,实现了从手动绘图、纸质文档向自动生成图形、三维文档的转变,有利于用户提高效率、优化决策。针对该模型在工程实践中应用范围窄、功能发挥不充分的问题,进行了技术调整和新功能开发;并指出为了充分发挥模型的效益,需要在整个设计过程中都使用该软件,且需参建各方紧密协作。
The concept, development history, function and characteristic of building information model and its application in the project of Norway are introduced. The model contains all the relevant information, data and graphics of the construction project, and has the characteristics of highly integrated. The model achieves the transformation from manual drawing and paper documents to automatically generated graphics and three-dimensional documents, which helps users to improve efficiency and optimize decision making. In view of the narrow scope of application and inadequate function of the model in engineering practice, the technical adjustment and development of new functions have been carried out.
