我们自 1993年～ 2 0 0 1年 4月采用空气补偿法一次性清除胸水并胸膜粘连术 ,与中药慢肝福联合治疗肝硬化顽固性肝性胸水 2 4例 ,并与同期 2 2例作对照观察。现将结果报告如下。临床资料 本组 46例患者均符合 1990年 5月上海第六届全国病毒性肝炎防治会议制定的肝硬化诊断标准
We used air compensation method to remove pleural effusion and pleural adhesions one time from April 1993 to April 2001, and treated 24 cases of liver cirrhosis with refractory hepatic hydrothorax in combination with Chinese herbal compound Jifaofu, and compared with 22 cases in the same period Control observation.
