临床诊断学实践教学着重在于锻炼医学生的临床技能，培养医学生的临床思维能力，充分利用实验室资源是增加学生操作机会和提高动手能力的有效途径。针对目前临床诊断学的教学薄弱环节，提出开放实验室的实验教学设计，并对开放式教学模式的管控进行分析，提出相应解决措施。
