在对某汽车起重机试验时,发现该机在大油门状态下收回垂直支腿缸活塞杆时出现异响,且油门越大异响也越大,严重时可引发固定支腿箱产生“隆隆”振动。4个垂直支腿缸中,在车身后部的异响比前部更明显。但是伸出支腿缸活塞杆时没有异响,在发动机怠速状态下收回支腿缸活塞杆时也没有异响。经调查,这种异响只发生在一种车型上。该车型所配垂直支腿缸缸筒采用镗滚压工艺加工时没有异响,而在改为精密冷拔珩磨工艺后才产生异响。
