自从发现在去垂体大鼠黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)也具有抗性腺作用以来,已有许多实验室研究了LHRH对卵巢颗粒细胞机能的直接作用.根据实验条件和所用的指标不同,LHRH及LHRH-A对颗粒细胞机能的直接作用也异,有刺激性作用也有抑制性作用.如能抑制由FSH刺激的雌激素和孕酮的产生以及cAMP的积累.相反,也有报告,LHRH能直接刺激形态学上的黄体化,卵母细胞的成熟,孕激素及前列腺素(PG)的积累等.本工作进一步研究了在急性孵育条件下,LHRH或LHRH-A对颗粒细胞孕酮积累的刺激作用.
