根据相似理论 ,用混凝土制作爆破试件 ,并进行了空气耦合和水耦合装药的爆破试验。试验中测量了爆炸压力 ,得出了压力—历时曲线。对测量结果分析表明 ,水耦合装药爆破在被爆介质中产生的爆炸峰值压力较大 ,且持续时间较长、下降相对较慢 ,有峰值平台。这说明水耦合装药爆破的炸药能量利用率高 ,压力均匀 ,作用时间长 ,有利于预裂缝的形成 ,在合理的爆破参数下 ,水孔预裂爆破可取得满意效果。
According to the similar theory, the blasting specimens were made of concrete, and the air-coupled and water-coupled charge blasting tests were carried out. In the experiment, the explosion pressure was measured and the pressure-time curve was obtained. The analysis of the measured results shows that the peak pressure of explosion caused by water-coupled charge blasting in the explosive medium is relatively large, and lasts for a long time, with a relatively slow decline and a peak platform. This shows that water-coupled charge explosives explosive utilization of high energy, uniform pressure, the role of a long time, is conducive to the formation of pre-fractures, blasting parameters in a reasonable burst of water pre-cracking blasting can be satisfied with the results.
