英语教学最根本的目的就是对学生听说读写能力的综合培养。从某种意义上说,阅读能力的提高是听、说、写能力提高的关键。学生通过阅读,扩展了知识面,增加了词汇量,交际时就不会因为知识或词汇贫乏而言不达意,写作时才能语言地道,内容丰富。尤其近年来四六级考试改革,侧重对于学生们英语综合运用能力的测试,加入了阅读理解的分值比例,因此,在日常的大学英语教学中,如何提高阅读理解能力成为大家比较关注的话题。
The most fundamental purpose of English teaching is to comprehensively cultivate students’ listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities. In a sense, improving reading ability is the key to improving listening, speaking and writing skills. Through reading, students have expanded their knowledge and increased their vocabulary. When they do not communicate, they will not be disappointed with lack of knowledge or vocabulary. When writing, they will be able to authenticate and enrich their content. In particular, in recent years, the examination reform at CET level, focusing on the students’ ability to use comprehensive English test, joined the reading comprehension score scale, so in daily college English teaching, how to improve reading comprehension has become a topic that everyone is more concerned about .
