本文就小容量热水锅炉的几个设计问题进行了论述。在比较各种燃烧力式的基础上,认为双层炉排燃烧方式较适宜。并描述了这种燃烧方式的特点。本体的选择,认为采用无锅筒立式排管强制循环方式为优。炉体可大大缩小,钢材可节约45.6%,且工艺简单,检验工作量少。另外,还论述了水速和烟速的选择、烟风系统的布置及抽水锅炉的自身保护问题。并举例说明。
This article discusses several design issues for small capacity hot water boilers. On the basis of comparing various kinds of combustion force, it is considered that the combustion mode of double grate is more suitable. And describes the characteristics of this combustion mode. The choice of the body, that the use of vertical tubeless drum tube forced circulation method is excellent. Furnace can be greatly reduced, steel can save 45.6%, and the process is simple, less inspection work. In addition, the selection of water velocity and smoke velocity, the arrangement of smoke system and the self-protection of water pumping boilers are also discussed. And give an example.
