在课改实施过程中,教师队伍得到前所未有的锻炼,但在教学中,笔者发现教师在树立了正确的观念,明确了教与学的关系的同时,也遇到了许多值得思考的问题。如今,我们又要面临新一轮教材的使用,这些问题如果得不到教师的重视,那么必将阻碍音乐教学工作顺利前进的步伐。现将笔者发现的实验工作中遇到的问题总结如下,以期引起其他同仁的重视。 During the process of curriculum reform, the teaching staffs get an unprecedented exercise. However, in the teaching, the author found that the teachers encountered many problems to be considered while establishing the correct concept and clarifying the relationship between teaching and learning. Nowadays, we have to face a new round of teaching materials. If these problems are not taken seriously by teachers, it will certainly hinder the smooth progress of music teaching. Now I found the experimental work encountered in the problem are summarized below, with a view to arouse the attention of other colleagues.
