目的总结无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝临床经验。方法回顾分析我院2006年10月～2010年10月对115例成人腹股沟疝采用无张力疝修补术治疗的临床资料。结果 115例均手术顺利完

目的总结无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝临床经验。方法回顾分析我院2006年10月～2010年10月对115例成人腹股沟疝采用无张力疝修补术治疗的临床资料。结果 115例均手术顺利完成,均痊愈出院,术后阴囊水肿者4例,切口脂肪液化者2例。随访12～36个月无复发。结论采用无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝手术操作简单,创伤小,恢复快,术后痛苦轻,复发率低,并发症少,是治疗成人腹股沟疝较理想的治疗方法。
