研究了油田注水井中分离的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的生长特性.结果表明:SRB菌株不是严格的厌氧菌,它能耐受4.5mg/L浓度的溶解氧,但在9.0mg/L的高溶解氧浓度下不能生长.NaCl浓度小于0.818%时SRB可正常生长,在0.972%-2.28%时只能在水下沉积物中生长,大于2.45%时生长完全受到抑制.铁离子浓度增大,SRB代谢活力增强,生长高峰期延长,Fe2+限制SRB生长的浓度下限为小于6.8mg/L,高Fe2+浓度对SRB生长无抑制作用.厌氧环境下SRB生长的适宜pH为6.5-7.5,pH小于5.5或大于8.0时SRB不能生长;有氧环境下SRB在pH8-8.5时仍能生存乃至增殖.
The growth characteristics of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) isolated from injection wells in oilfields were studied. The results showed that SRB was not a strictly anaerobic bacterium. It could tolerate dissolved oxygen at a concentration of 4.5 mg / L, but could not grow at high dissolved oxygen concentration of 9.0 mg / L. When NaCl concentration was less than 0.818%, SRB could grow normally. Under 0.972% -2.28%, SRB could only grow in underwater sediment. When it was more than 2.45%, growth was inhibited completely. The concentration of iron ion increased, the metabolic activity of SRB increased, the peak of growth was prolonged, the lower limit of Fe2 + concentration was less than 6.8mg / L, and the high concentration of Fe2 + did not inhibit the growth of SRB. SRB growth in anaerobic environment is suitable for pH 6.5-7.5, SRB can not grow when pH is less than 5.5 or more than 8.0; SRB can survive and even proliferate at pH8-8.5 under aerobic conditions .
