丝虫病为我国南方地区的流行病,尤以农村更为常见,引起乳糜尿者也并不少,但由于乳糜尿导致严重休克危及生命者我们尚未见有文献记载;现特将我院所收治的一例报告如下,以引为重视。患者(住院号;16280)女性、22岁,于1975年2月27日因乳白色尿一年,昏倒8小时而入院。患者于73年夏普查在末梢血中发现微丝蚴,曾不规则服用海群生约100片,随后一个月出现乳白色尿液,持续存在,近半个月来加重,常有排尿困难,尿液中有乳白色凝块,偶伴血尿;但无发热及明显膀胱刺激症状。于入院当天上厕所时昏倒在地,3～4分钟后清醒,但仍
