介绍了济南钢铁集团公司50t转炉出钢采用含BaO脱硫剂,进行炉外渣洗钢液脱硫工业性试验的情况,结果是在加入8kg/t的条件下,平均脱硫率Sη≥35%,与不含BaO的CaO基脱硫剂相比,ηS相对提高40%左右。探讨了含BaO脱硫剂的有关理论工艺问题。研究表明,该工艺简便、快速、经济和有效,可以投入大规模工业生产中。 This paper introduced the industrial test of desulphurization of slag in liquid steel by using BaO desulfurizer for 50t converter tapping in Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation. The results showed that the average desulphurization rate Sη≥35% under the condition of adding 8kg / t, and Compared with BaO-free CaO-based desulfurizer, ηS is relatively increased by about 40%. The relevant theoretical process problems with BaO desulfurizer were discussed. Research shows that the process is simple, rapid, economical and effective and can be put into large-scale industrial production.
