对渗硼层中的夹缝组织进行了分析研究。结果表明:夹缝组织是渗硼层中的反常组织,硬度在370~530HV之间;主要成分为Fe、Si、C,无B;相组成为FeSiC、Fe3Si、Fe5Si3和FeSi。对夹缝组织的形成原因进行了讨论。
In the boronizing layer of the cracks in the organization were analyzed. The results show that the interlaced microstructure is an abnormal structure in boronizing layer with a hardness between 370 and 530 HV. The main components are Fe, Si and C, without B, and the phases are FeSiC, Fe3Si, Fe5Si3 and FeSi. The reason for the formation of the cracked tissue is discussed.
