深圳市国资委自2004年4月成立以来,始终高度重视市属国有企业监事会工作,把监事会建设作为建立现代企业制度和完善公司法人治理结构、不断强化国有出资人监督效能的重要内容,创新思路,大胆探索,依法依规建立外派监事管理体制,健全工作机制,先后出台六个相关配套的管理制度。按照市国资委的工作部署,外派监事通过企业监事会有计划、有重点地开展规定动作,有针对、有步骤地结合企业实际开展自选动作,为国有企业改革发展和国有资产保值增值做出了贡献。
