目前基于油液介电常数的变化来在线监测润滑油品质和含水率的传感器,存在着需要对传感器输出值进行温度补偿的问题。研究一种具有自动温度补偿功能的在线润滑油水分监测传感器,通过实验考察温度和润滑油中水分含量对传感器的响应灵敏度和动态响应稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,该型传感器无需温度和其他补偿,对润滑油中水分的变化具有较高的线性响应和灵敏度,能准确测量润滑油中的水分含量,且稳定可靠。
Currently, sensors that monitor oil quality and water content on-line based on the change of dielectric constant of oil have a problem that temperature compensation needs to be performed on the output value of the sensor. A kind of on-line oil moisture monitoring sensor with automatic temperature compensation was researched. The effects of temperature and oil content in the oil on response sensitivity and dynamic response stability of the sensor were investigated experimentally. The experimental results show that the sensor does not need temperature and other compensation, and has high linear response and sensitivity to the change of moisture in lubricating oil. It can accurately measure the moisture content in lubricating oil and is stable and reliable.
