本文利用SEM 研究了高能量高密度脉冲A1 等离子体轰击高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)薄膜引起的表面微观结构变化。结果表明:等离子体单脉冲轰击导致HDPE 薄膜表面局域熔化和非晶化;随着脉冲次数的增加,HDPE 薄膜表面微观结构发生明显变化。化学分析和红外光谱分析表明HDPE 薄膜表面发生了交联反应
In this paper, the microstructural changes of high density polyethylene (HDPE) films induced by high energy high-density pulsed A1 plasmas were investigated by SEM. The results show that plasma single-pulse bombardment leads to local melting and amorphization of HDPE film. With the increase of pulse times, the microstructure of HDPE film changes obviously. Chemical analysis and infrared spectroscopy showed that the cross-linking reaction occurred on the surface of HDPE film
