我科收治的新生儿重症疾患,绝大多数是新生儿肺炎及败血症。新生儿患病后,在病情表现、治疗、护理上都有其独特之处。几年来,在护理新生儿重症疾患的工作中,我们认识到:能否做好新生儿疾患的护理,是衡量护士责任心和业务水平的标准之一,并制定了一套较完整的新生儿重症疾患的护理计划,从病情观察到具体护理措施皆有明确要求。具体要掌握好三个环节:一观、二护、三控制。一、观察新生儿重症疾患病情不明显,但变化很快,常有反复。能否做到严格地观察病情,对于患病新生儿的好转与恶化有着重要关系。患儿往往因吃奶少、拒奶或溢奶等现象 The majority of neonatal severe diseases admitted to our department are neonatal pneumonia and sepsis.
