双峰寺水库是为保证承德市区防洪安全、解决水资源供需矛盾和改善旅游环境而修建的,其上游生态环境的好坏直接决定水库能否安全运营。在对整个流域进行细致调查基础上,系统分析了存在的水土保持生态问题,提出防治策略,为后期水库上游面源污染治理提供参考。 Shuangfengsi reservoir is to ensure flood control safety in Chengde city, to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and improve the tourism environment and built, the ecological environment of its upstream and downstream directly determine whether the reservoir can operate safely. Based on the careful investigation of the whole basin, this paper systematically analyzes the existing ecological problems of soil and water conservation and puts forward control strategies to provide reference for the management of non-point source pollution in the upstream of the reservoir in the later period.
