在楼市上涨预期愈演愈烈之时,“国五条”迅速出台,再次释放出房地产市场从严调控的强烈信号。从2012年末开始,一些地方政府放松调控的意愿有所增强,部分区域房地产市场价格出现了非理性上涨。尤其是包括北京在内的一二线城市房地产成交持续走高,不能不引起人们的关注。日前,中国指数研究院发布的一份报告显示,今年春节期间,在监测的27个城市中,有21个城市楼市成交量较去年同期上涨,其中14个城市成交量涨幅超过一倍。
