随着油田开发的不断深化,地层流体场和压力场发生了显著的变化,各种因素导致套管的技术状况逐渐劣化,造成变形、破裂、穿孔、错断等套管破坏问题。而套管损坏会引起注采井网失调、剩余储量难以采出等问题,影响油田的开发效果。为此本文对引起套管损坏的原因进行了分析,对套损井的修井工艺技术进行了总结,并展望套损井修复技术的发展方向。
With the deepening of oilfield development, the formation fluid field and pressure field have undergone significant changes. Various factors lead to the gradual deterioration of the technical conditions of the casing, resulting in casing failure problems such as deformation, rupture, perforation and fault. The casing damage can cause imbalance in injection well pattern, the remaining reserves difficult to produce issues such as the impact of the development of the oil field effect. In this paper, the causes of casing damage are analyzed, the workover technique of casing damage well is summarized, and the development direction of casing damage repair technology is prospected.
