分析目前国内微油点火应用的现状,提出了氧气助燃强化燃烧微油点火技术的设计,该技术具有燃烧火焰温度高、燃油燃尽率接近100%、降低煤粉的着火温度、煤种适应范围广、更符合锅炉升温升压曲线要求的特点,该设计以消耗部分纯氧的代价,获得燃料高强度的着火燃烧和高燃烬度的良好效果,使机组启动与稳燃的节油效果更显著,飞灰可燃物更低,同时不影响脱硫与脱硝系统的运行;对于直吹磨锅炉系统,还可以解决锅炉点火初期的热膨胀问题。通过对磨煤机的变频运行改造,降低磨煤机的煤粉出力,减少锅炉点火初期热容量,最大程度满足锅炉点火过程中温升曲线的要求。
