贵州地区泥岩分布较广,相当一部分公路桥梁桩基以泥岩作为持力层。为了保证桩基的安全,采用自平衡试桩法对某大桥泥岩桩基的承载特性及设计参数进行实测。结果表明:泥岩平均侧阻力实测值达398.7kPa,大于地勘提供取值150kPa,地勘提供取值偏于保守,建议后续工程适当提高侧摩阻力对桩长进行优化设计。通过有限元模拟整个桩基试验过程,桩身的位移、轴力分布曲线与实测值规律一致,验证了该次试验结果的可靠性。
Guizhou mudstone is widely distributed, a considerable part of the highway bridge pile mudstone as a holding layer. In order to ensure the safety of pile foundation, the load-bearing characteristics and design parameters of mudstone piles of a bridge are measured by self-balance test method. The results show that the average lateral resistance of mudstone is 398.7kPa, which is larger than the value of 150kPa by geological survey. The value of geologic survey is conservative. It is suggested that the lateral friction should be properly increased to optimize the pile length. Through the finite element simulation of the entire pile foundation test process, the pile displacement and axial force distribution curve are consistent with the measured values, which verifies the reliability of the test results.
