为探讨矿井风流热交换机理,采用归纳的方法对我国部分具有高温热害矿井的相关资料进行分析研究,总结出矿井中不同地点的风流热交换规律,进而提出了矿井风流热力计算的数学方法和参数选取的条件和范围,研究表明:风流通过井筒、矿内巷道和回采工作面时,其热力变化规律有显著不同。这为实施矿井降温措施,改善井下作业条件,提高矿工劳动效率和安全保障提供了理论依据。
In order to explore the mechanism of mine heat flow heat exchange, the inductive method is used to analyze and study the relevant data of some high temperature pyrophoric mines in our country, and the laws of the airflow heat exchange in different places in the mine are summarized. The conditions and scope of the parameter selection show that: when the airflow passes through the wellbore, mine roadway and mining face, the variation of the thermal force is significantly different. This provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of mine cooling measures to improve downhole operating conditions, improve mine workers’ work efficiency and safety and security.
