随着社会主义市场经济的不断完善和国有企业改革的不断深入,企业改制及企业间并购、重组等经济活动越来越活跃,涉及的产业越来越宽泛,影响到的人员越来越多。企业整合后,产业结构、组织结构、队伍结构和经营模式、管理模式、劳动关系、职工地位等方面都发生了一系列新的变化,如何发挥新企业工会组织成为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带作用,全面、客观、有效维护新企业员工的权益,将对企业的稳定发展和中国梦的实现发挥重要支柱和主力军作用。
