以黑籽南瓜和新土佐为砧木,鲁黄瓜4号、长春密刺、津春3号、津春4号、津杂2号、津杂4号和津态3号7个黄瓜品种为接穗,研究了砧木苗、接穗苗及嫁接苗的生长和抗冷性。结果表明,砧木苗黑籽南瓜生长和抗冷性优于新土佐,两者均优于接穗苗及其嫁接苗;7个接穗苗中,长春密刺、鲁黄瓜4号和津春3号抗冷性优于其它品种;黄瓜嫁接苗较接穗苗抗冷性显著增强,表现低温致死温度明显降低,在5℃低温胁迫下幼苗冷害指数变小,电解质渗漏率下降,胁迫后光合功能恢复较快等。研究认为,黄瓜嫁接苗的抗冷性与其砧木种类及接穗品种双方的抗冷性密切相关,抗冷性较强的长春密刺、鲁黄瓜4号和津春3号品种与抗冷性较优的黑籽南瓜嫁接获得了最强的抗冷性。

The study suggests that the cold tolerance of grafted cucumber seedlings is closely related to the cold resistance of both the rootstock species and scion varieties, and the cold-tolerant Changchun secret spines, Lu cucumber 4 and Jinchun 3 are better than the cold-tolerant ones Black seed pumpkin grafted to obtain the most resistance to cold.
