相控阵全聚焦(TFM)技术实质上是基于相控阵全矩阵采集(FMC)的图像后处理全息重构技术。介绍了相控阵一维线阵探头的TFM技术原理。给出了TFM技术的纵、横波成像检测算法模型以及算法计算公式。编写了TFM算法的VC程序,设计了TFM技术纵波检测ASTM推荐B型相控阵试块通孔,横波检测对接平板焊缝未熔合缺陷的实例。实验结果表明,基于正确的检测算法模型,TFM技术能够极大地提升缺陷检测的图像重构效果,真实地还原缺陷本身的物理特征。
Phased array full-focus (TFM) is essentially an image post-processing holographic reconstruction technique based on phased array full matrix acquisition (FMC). Introduced the principle of TFM of phased array one-dimensional line probe. The longitudinal and transverse wave imaging detection algorithm model and algorithm calculation formula of TFM are given. The VC program of the TFM algorithm was written and the examples of the TF testing of the through-hole and the transverse wave of the ASTM-recommended B type phased-array test block by the TFM technique were designed. Experimental results show that, based on the correct detection algorithm model, TFM technology can greatly enhance the image reconstruction effect of defect detection and truly restore the physical characteristics of defects.
