目的 :定量检测神经科患者的手震颤。方法 :手绘直线、螺线经计算机图像识别数值化 ,计算平均偏离 (AverageDeparture,AD)和加权平均均方差 (WeightedAverageRootMeanSquare,WARMS) ,对手震颤患者组和健康对照组进行t检验。结果 :手震颤患者组和对照组之间AD、WARMS存在显著性差异。结论 :AD和WARMS可作为神经科患者手震颤的定量指标
Objective: Quantitative detection of hand tremor in neurological patients. Methods: The hand-drawn straight lines and spirals were identified by computerized image recognition, mean deviation (AverageDeparture, AD) and Weighted Average Root Squares (WARMS) were calculated. T-test was performed on patients with tremor and healthy controls. Results: There was a significant difference in AD and WARMS between patients with tremor and controls. Conclusion: AD and WARMS can be used as quantitative indicators of hand tremor in neurological patients
