我院成立骨科以来,共做断指再植术113例,在医护人员的精心治疗与护理下,成活率达到89%,大部分病人手指恢复良好,现将护理体会报告如下。1临床资料本组113例,共137只手指,其中,男性85例,女性28例,年龄3~50岁。受伤原因:砸伤31例,机器绞伤38例。电锯伤11例,刀切割伤33例。2护理2.1再植术后局部情况观察与处理再植术后主要观察5项指标,即色泽、温度、毛细血管充盈测定、张力、小切口出血 Since the establishment of Orthopedics in our hospital, a total of 113 cases of replantation of severed fingers have been made.
