研究了时效工艺对不同Cr含量Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C合金形状记忆效应的影响,通过SEM分析了其微观组织变化。结果表明:Cr含量为12wt%的Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C合金具有与Cr含量为8wt%的合金相当的形状记忆效应。直接时效时只有少量Cr23C6析出相在晶界和晶内析出。形变后时效不仅使得析出的Cr23C6数量更多,粒径更小,而且Cr23C6的析出具有方向性。形变时效后合金的形状回复率显著高于直接时效合金的形状回复率。
The effect of aging treatment on shape memory effect of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C alloy with different Cr content was studied. The microstructure of the Fe-Mn-Si-Cr- The results show that the shape memory effect of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C alloy with Cr content of 12wt% is equivalent to that of alloy with Cr content of 8wt%. When the direct aging only a small amount of Cr23C6 precipitation in the grain boundary and intragranular precipitation. Deformation after aging not only makes the precipitation of more Cr23C6, smaller particle size, and precipitation of Cr23C6 has directionality. The shape recovery rate of the alloy after deformation aging is significantly higher than the shape recovery rate of the direct aging alloy.
