目的 观察口腔综合防治措施对正畸儿童牙龈炎的作用。方法 本实验以 56名 1 2～ 1 6岁的正畸患者为观察对象 ,分别将 2 8名矫治前和 2 8名矫治半年的儿童分为实验组和对照组各 1 4名 ,观察实验 1年后牙周健康指数软垢指数 (DI -S)、牙石指数 (CI-S)和菌斑指数 (PLI)、牙龈指数 (GI)的状况。实验组采用口腔综合防治措施。结果 实验组儿童口腔内DI-S、CI -S、PLI、GI指数明显降低 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论 对正畸儿童在矫治期间进行牙龈炎防治是非常必要的 ,而口腔综合保健是一种正畸患者牙龈炎的良好预防治疗方法。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive oral prevention and control measures on gingivitis in children with orthodontics. Methods In this study, 56 children aged from 12 to 16 years old were selected as the observation object. Twenty-eight pre-treatment and 28-month-old children were divided into experimental group and control group respectively, 14 Years after the periodontal health index soft dirt index (DI -S), calculus index (CI-S) and plaque index (PLI), gingival index (GI) status. Experimental group using oral comprehensive prevention and treatment measures. Results In the experimental group, the DI-S, CI-S, PLI and GI indices in the oral cavity of the children were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion It is necessary to prevent and treat gingivitis during orthodontic treatment in orthodontic children, and oral comprehensive health care is a good preventive treatment for gingivitis in orthodontic patients.
