本文提出水电站水库优化调度选优的改变约束法,以达到满足水电站群设计保证率要求和发电量最大,並用于黄河上游刘家峡、盐锅峡、八盘峡、青铜峡梯级水电站水库优化调度,保证率完全达到设计要求,且破坏深度较浅,梯级年发电量可比时历法调度有较大增加,灌溉用水量亦可得到大幅度增长。 本文还进一步采用以国民经济效益最大为目标选择优化调度方案,该方案比上述满足设计保证率条件下以发电量最大为目标方案的经济效益还能有较大增加,且水电站出力更加均匀,有利于电力系统的运行。
