目的 监测血液透析中心布局、透析液 (水 )污染及透析机、透析器消毒情况。方法 对我市 2 8所血液透析中心进行了本底情况调查 ,并对存在潜在的感染危险因素进行探讨。结果 全市 14 0台机器 ,平均每台机器治疗2 .5个患者 ,年平均治疗 2 0 0~ 6 0 0次不等 ,存在以下感染危险因素 :监测情况显示 ,透析液存在不同程度污染 ,过氧乙酸有效含量合格率仅为 5 .71% ;布局不合理 ,三区划分不严 ;未定期对患者进行肝功及肝炎等感染情况检测 ;透析机超负荷运转 ,不做消毒 ;反渗水系统消毒处理不及时 ;未定期开展自检工作。结论 我市血液透析中心存在感染隐患 ,应制定严格规范。
Objective To monitor the layout of hemodialysis centers, dialysate (water) contamination and dialysis machines and dialyzer disinfection. Methods A total of 28 hemodialysis centers in our city were surveyed, and the potential risk factors of infection were discussed. Results The city’s 140 machines, an average of 2.5 machines per machine treatment, the average annual treatment of 200 to 600 times, there are the following risk factors for infection: monitoring shows that there are different levels of dialysate contamination, Oxyacetic acid content of only 5.71% pass rate; layout is unreasonable, the three areas are not strict; not on the patient liver and hepatitis and other infections detected; dialysis machine overload, not disinfection; reverse osmosis water system Disinfection is not timely; not regularly carry out self-test work. Conclusion There is infection risk in hemodialysis center in our city, and strict rules should be established.
