菱镁矿是土耳其主要工业矿物资源之一。它通常用手选、重介质和磁选进行富集。菱镁矿和碱性耐火材料是土耳其第三种出口量最大的矿产品。本文介绍了对含白云石高的阿尔吉特(科尼亚)细粒菱镁矿用浮选柱分选的研究。菱镁矿和白云石单一纯矿粉用浮选柱分选时选择性最好,但是月人工混合的矿样和原矿选别时选择性和或化镁的回收率都有明显的下降。浮选柱最适宜的分选条件为:油酸钠400g/t为捕收剂、硅酸钠400g/t为抑制剂、pH控制在10～11之间、矿浆浓度为10%。
Magnesite is one of the major industrial mineral resources in Turkey. It is usually enriched by hand, medium and magnetic separation. Magnesite and alkaline refractory are Turkey’s third largest exporter of minerals. In this paper, the research on flotation column sorting of Argite (Konya) fine magnesite with dolomite is introduced. Magnesite and dolomite single pure ore flotation column sorting the best selectivity, but the monthly mixed mineral samples and ore separation selectivity or recovery rate of magnesium have dropped significantly. Flotation column the most suitable sorting conditions: sodium oleate 400g / t collector, sodium silicate 400g / t inhibitor, pH control between 10 to 11, the pulp concentration of 10%.
