前言77-2铝黄铜管具有较好的耐海水腐蚀和冲刷的性能,因而广泛地在海滨水力发电厂用作冷凝管。我国海滨电厂使用的国外生产的铝黄铜管已运行多年,极少发生腐蚀泄漏现象。但国产铝黄铜管在开始运行的1-2年内即会有少数管子出现严重局部腐蚀并导致穿孔泄漏,影响了发电厂的正常生产运行。但其原因长期未能查清。在海水中使用的铝黄铜管除均匀腐蚀外,也曾报导过多种其他类型的腐蚀现象,如应力腐蚀、冲击腐蚀、点蚀、晶间腐蚀、沉积物腐蚀和脱锌等。应力腐蚀造成管子开裂,而冲击腐蚀、沉积物腐蚀和点蚀则
Preface 77-2 aluminum brass has good resistance to seawater corrosion and erosion and is therefore widely used as a condenser in waterfront hydroelectric power plants. The aluminum brass tubes produced abroad, used by China’s coastal power plants, have been in operation for many years, with very few corrosion leaks.
