随着我国社会经济的快速发展,房屋建筑工程项目也越来越多,如何加强房建项目管理是房建工程的一个重要保障。在房建项目管理中应用流水施工技术可以显著提高房建工程的施工管理水平,值得在房建工程中推广。本文就主要从流水施工技术在房建项目管理中的应用进行了阐述,供同行参考。
